We have gone live! We started last Wednesday the 17th. I fixed a few things on the menu and I think I got the hang of it. I called technical support a few times and they helped A LOT. We want to thank you guys for everything, you’ve been great!! Thank you.
Vicky Westra, the Coffee Diva of Artistas Cafe, runs a unique and inspiring business – a premium gourmet café where the entire front line team consists of very special individuals that have been challenged with autism.
Our program’s mission is to train young adults with autism so they can enter into the workplace and become employed. We needed a system that not only was easy for us to understand, but was easy for us to train our team members how to use. Our team members quickly learned the system. The simplicity of the layout and the touch screen has made processing our sales a very simple procedure. The Bevo POS system has made this part of our training process easy to administer and monitor.
The Bevo POS system is very flexible and makes it easy to add and delete items or change prices. Closing out the day is very straight forward. The system makes it easy to input our cash, calculate our credit card sales and balance our system. Bevo POS provides us with exceptional customer service and they have helped us become more efficient in terms of processing our customer’s orders and providing exceptional customer service. It’s a great system. Not only is the Bevo POS system easy to use, but their team members are always so pleasant to deal with. Their reps have given us valuable feedback and suggestions, and are genuinely interested in helping us succeed.
I finally decided I was going to change from guest checks to a POS system, but most systems are just too expensive for a small restaurant like mine.
Then my food supplier brought in a POS vendor (not Bevo POS) that seemed to be economical. They said I could try it and if it didn’t work or I didn’t like it, they would take it back. Even better. So I did. It was a mess, very hard to train, understand and the kinks took weeks to get out. I spent so much of my time working on that, I thought I had another job. I gave up and sent it back.
Then a Bevp POS rep called and said he had the solution I should consider. I asked hard questions, since I was already burned and didn’t want to try again. But he was right. Good product out of the box, easy to use and understand by the servers.
A hit, and their customer service is very good for those few clichés we had that needed fixing. They just log into the POS and fix it.
Bevo POS has been very honest with us about their products and services and they represent a very good point of sale system.
